Weekend Non Gym Session 23/10/2010
I woke up fairly early today around 8 am. I decided to give my dog a walk in the park so that he'll probably be too tired throughout the day.
Here are the stats of the said walk:
Sunday, 17/10/2010, medium cardio session (Morning)
45 mins walking with Little Foot around the park for 8 times
* Resulted in 250 calories burned and about 4.8km walked (estimated)
Lately, I have not pull enough gym sessions. I can't wait for to do more exercises during my two weeks break.
