Work Day Gym Session 28/10/2011
I got into the gym about 12:30 pm and got off the gym about 2:00 pm.
Total time spent in the gym = 1 hour 30 minutes
My workout routine is as follows:
45 mins on the treadmill @ speed = 9.0 kmph and gradient = 0.0%
3 mins on the treadmill @ speed = 6.0 kmph and gradient = 0.0% for cool-down
* Resulted in approximately 600 calories burned and 7km jogged.
So close yet so for, I am trying to push for 10km today. Unfortunately, that did not materialize. As such, I am going to have to push for another gym session tomorrow or at least another cardiovascular session.
