Work Day Non Gym Session 19/06/2010
I was unable to hit the gym on Friday due to lack of transportation. As such, I brought Little Foot for a jog at the park located near my home for about 45 minutes or so. I started jogging around 7:45pm and complete the entire ordeal by 8:30 pm.
Here the stats for the jog:
Friday, 19/06/2010, medium cardio session
40 mins brisk-walking and jogging around the park for 9 times
* Resulted in 300 calories burned and about 5.4km walked and jogged(estimated)
It has been quite awhile since my last weights training, I have yet to allocate any time for my weight sessions as I have been heavily bogged down with work. I hope to pull perhaps more weight sessions after the Standard Chartered Marathon which will be held on the 27 June 2010.
