Work Day Gym Session 20/04/2011

I got off work about 5:30pm today just to hit the gym and go back to work thereafter.

Total time spent in the gym = 1 hour 15 mins

My workout routine is as follows:

55 mins on the treadmill @ speed = 8.0 kmph and gradient = 2%
5 mins on the treadmill @ speed = 6.0 kmph and gradient = 0%
1 mins on the treadmill @ speed = 5.0kmph and gradien = 0% for cool-down
* Resulted in 7.6km jogged and walked, around 550 calories burned.

I was quite upset with the performance above as I would usually be able to jog 8km within an hour on the treadmill. I need to pick up the pace in order to finish the incoming Standard Chartered marathon that I'll join soon enough.
