Work Day Gym Session 02/05/2009

I have decided to run instead of doing my usual weights than cardiovascular gym session. I got into the gym @ 7 pm and got off the gym @ 8 pm.

Total time spent in the gym = 1 hour

My workout routine for the day is as follows:

45 mins on the treadmill, speed @ 8.0kmph and gradient = 0.0%
5 mins on the treadmill, speed ranges from 4.2kmph to 7kmph
* Resulted in 505 calories burned and 6.5 km jogged.

I am hoping to hit the gym tomorrow for further cardiovascular exercises. I will be structuring my gym session into 25% weights exercises and 75% cardio exercises. The weight exercises I will only do are the compound lifts mainly to strengthen the core.
