Work Day Gym Session 05/05/2009
I got into the gym today around 6:15 pm and got off the gym around 8:00pm.
Total time spent in the gym = 1 hour 45 mins.
My workout routine is as follows:
30 mins on the treadmill, speed @ 8.0kmph and gradient = 0.0%
5 mins on the treadmill, speed @ 6.0kmph and gradient = 0.0%
5 mins on the treadmill, speed @ 8.0kmph and gradient = 0.0%
5 mins on the treadmill, speed @ 6.0kmph and gradient = 0.0%
5 mins on the treadmill, speed @ 8.0kmph and gradient = 0.0%
15 mins on the treadmill, speed @ 6.0kmph and gradient = 0.0%
* Resulted in 605 calories burned and 7.8 km jogged.
Punishment for not hitting the gym yesterday and lack of performance
5 mins on the treadmill, speed @ 8.0kmph and gradient = 0.0%
15 mins on the treadmill, speed @ 6.0kmph and gradient = 0.0%
* Resulted in 158 calories burned and 2.2 km jogged.
Total distance covered = 10 km
Total time taken = 1 hour 25 mins
Target time = 1 hour 15 mins
Shortfall = 10 mins
I will have to do better in the next run or I will give myself another punishment like so.
