Work Day Gym Session 30/04/2010
I got off work around 7 pm which is pretty late on a Friday night. As such, I got into the gym around 7:30 pm and got off the gym around 8:30 pm.
Total time spent in gym = 1 hour.
My workout routine is as follows:
47 mins on the treadmill @ speed = 8.0kmph and gradient = 0
5 mins on the treadmill @ speed = 5.2 to 7.2kmph and gradient = 0 for cool-down
* Resulted in 6.67km jogged and around 620 calories burned.
I was unable to do my usual 60 minutes gym sessions as I had to meet someone to sell off my Logitech Wingman Force3D joystick to a follow forumer from LowYat Net forum. I hope I will be able to do some exercise on the weekend.

Weekend Non Gym Session 26/04/2010
Weekend Non Gym Session 24/04/2010
I was unable to bring Little Foot for a walk in the morning. So instead, I took him for a jog in the evening. This walk was significantly different from my usual walks with him. I jogged with him for almost an hour (ie. 45 mins around the playground).
Here are the stats of this walk:
Saturday, 24/04/2010, medium cardio session
45 mins walking and jogging with Little Foot around the park for 10 times
* Resulted in 350 calories burned and about 6.0km walked(estimated)
Unfortunately, I did not manage to finish any games lately nor have I bought any new gadgets this week. As such there will be no screenshots or photos of the underlying purchases.

Work Day Gym Session 20/04/2010
Work Day Gym Session 20/04/2010
I got into the gym fairly late today around 7:15pm as I had to get off work later than usual. Due to the fact that it was quite late, I decided to just pull a full cardiovascular session for an hour instead of some weights with cardiovascular session. I got off the gym around 8:30 pm upon finishing my full cardiovascular session.
Total time spent in the gym 1 hour and 15 mins.
My workout routine is as follows:
60 mins on the treadmill @ speed = 8.0kmph and gradient = 0
5 mins on the treadmill @ speed = 5.2 to 7.2kmph and gradient = 0 for cool-down
* Resulted in 8.59km jogged and around 766 calories burned.
I hope to pull another gym session either on Thursday or on Friday as I do not wish to workout this weekend, I need this well deserved time off from work and gym.

Weekend Non Gym Session 18/04/2010
I woke up late today around 10:30 am due to the drinking session I had the night before. I was at the Library located at the Curve and came home around 3 am this morning. Although I felt a bit dizzy, I was compelled to bring my dog for a walk around 11 am.
Sunday, 18/04/2010, light cardio session
40 mins walking Little Foot around the park for 5 times
* Resulted in 150 calories burned and about 3.0km walked(estimated)
Also, I have recently bought an Apacer multi-card reader and Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City for PC. I am going to enjoy both of them during this coming week.
Here are some photos of the Apacer multi-card reader which I bought for RM59:
1. Apacer multi-card reader (top view)
2. Apacer multi-card reader (bottom view)
Meanwhile here are some photos of the retail version of Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City which was purchased from pbbseller of LowYat forums for RM95:
1. Grand Theft Auto: Episodes Liberty City (front view)
2. Grand Theft Auto: Episodes Liberty City (back view)
I can't wait to try this game out and finish it quickly as I have many more games to go while I wait for Starcraft 2 to be released.

28 mins on the treadmill @ speed = 6.6kmph and gradient = 0
5 mins on the treadmill @ speed = 5.0-5.8kmph and gradient = 0 for cool-down
* Resulted in 3.51km brisk walked and around 219 calories burned.
Towards the end of the gym session, I did not have enough stamina and decided to walk instead of jog the whole 30 minutes. Perhaps this was due to the acid lactic built up on Friday's 8.5km jog. Hopefully I will see better results in both my weights training and my cardiovascular training for the weeks to come.

Weekend Non Gym Session 10/04/2010
Weekend Non Gym Session 10/04/2010
I had to work today in the office and had no time to bring Little Foot for a walk in the morning. After I came back from work, I decided I had to walk him around the park irregardless. I still could feel accumulated acid lactic on Friday's full cardiovascular session.
I was able to walk him more than I expected. Here are the stats of the walk:
Saturday, 10/04/2010, light cardio session
45 mins walking Little Foot around the park for 6 times
* Resulted in 200 calories burned and about 3km walked(estimated)
Also, I have recently completed Warhammer 40k Dawn Of War 2 and its expansion, Warhammer 40k Dawn Of War 2: Chaos Rising which I purchased quite awhile ago . Here is a short review of the game. The game length was quite short for both of them ie. around 20 hours.
Here are some screenshots of the game:
1. Title screenshot
2. Sample loading screen
3. Big bad orc in one of the intermission movie
4. Travelling to another planet to fight all those xenos
5. Tyranids, really hate them when they swarm my team.
6. My team of space marines, scouts and assault marines
7. Angel forge where all the goodies are.
8. Crossing a shallow river, an easy target for the enemy
9. Defending against those pesky orcs in one of the early missions
10. In the jungle with terminator armours
11. Just drop in via drop pods for another impossible mission
12. Mission success screenshot. Of course the more of these the better
13. The map of a particular planet, choose the next mission
14. Outfitting my tactical assault squad led by Tarkus
15. Outfitting my dreadnaught, former Captain Thule
16. I am supposed to destroy that, lest I forget my real mission
17. This snowy planet belongs to Chaos
* This was pretty obvious since this planet appear out of the warp not long after the tyranid's invasion
18. Guess who I found, a librarian who is weaker than my force commander
19. Got to hand it to those cults, they always try to conjure some demons
20. Damn, my worst enemy is a fatty demon?
21. Finally, I get to be a heavily armored predator tank
* Except I gotta kill a lot of Chaos cultist and space marines just great.
22. I thought Eliphas would have gotten a bigger role to play
23. Against overwhelming odds, I won finally
* Unfortunately this was not the best ending. What can I say, I was tempted by Chaos just like in real life.
I completed the both the game and its expansion within 3-4 days. Since this is a Real Time Strategy ("RTS") game which actually played more like Diablo with a squad, I have used my usual keyboard and mouse combo to play this.
Pros:
1. Very engaging story, well written from the beginning to the end.
2. Awesome graphics, great sound effects and excellent voice over.
3. There is quite a bit of replayability in this game since you would want to achieve different endings
4. The game length fairly short around 25 hours for both the game and its expansion
Cons:
1. You only get to play Space Marines for story
2. Quite buggy, a lot of crashes every now and then for the expansion.
My verdict for this game is 8.0 out of 10. I definitely would recommend anybody who is a fan of the first Dawn of War. This is an excellent follow up to the first Dawn of War. Significantly different coupled with better graphics and better sound effects than the first. While it is not what everything one could hope for in a sequel, it was a decent follow-up to the first Dawn Of War.

Work Day Gym Session 09/04/2010
It was Friday and I was still at work around 6:50 pm. I had not been exercising for the past 3 days and therefore I felt that I had to do some exercise today eventhough it was slightly later than usual. I headed to the gym and got into the gym round 7:15 pm.
Due to the fact that it was quite late, I decided to just pull a full cardiovascular session for an hour. I got off the gym around 8:30 pm.
Total time spent in the gym 1 hour and 15 mins.
My workout routine is as follows:
60 mins on the treadmill @ speed = 8.0kmph and gradient = 0
5 mins on the treadmill @ speed = 5.2 to 6.0kmph and gradient = 0 for cool-down
* Resulted in 8.45km jogged and around 750 calories burned.
I hope to pull another gym session either on Saturday or on Sunday as I will most likely be working in my office yet again (which is walking distance to the gym).

5 mins on the treadmill @ speed = 5.2 to 5.8 kmph and gradient = 0 for cool-down
* Resulted in 4.51km brisk walked and around 350 calories burned.
Hopefully, I can recover quickly from this session. As I reckon that I need another gym session this week to keep fit. Whilst I do not have my full strength in doing squat, I hope to fully regain most of it by May 2010.
