Weekend Light Cardio Session 19/07/2008 to 20/07/2008

I woke up about 7:30 am on Saturday and 8:30 am on Sunday. I have decided to walk my dog on both Saturday and Sunday. Unfortunately on Saturday, half way though walking my dog it was pouring. On the weekends, I usually take my protein shakes just after waking up. It keeps me full for awhile and gives me good amount of energy for the day.

I append the morning walks from Friday to Sunday as follows:

Friday, 18/07/2008 Medium cardio session
30 mins walk from carpark to office and vice versa with 2kg worth of stuff
* Resulted in 200 calories burned (estimated)

Saturday, 19/07/2008 Light cardio session
10 mins walking the dog to and from the playground
* Resulted in 80 calories burned (estimated) and 600 metres walked (estimated)

Sunday, 20/07/2008 Light cardio session
30 mins walking the dog to and from the playground
* Resulted in 180 calories burned (estimated) and 1.3km walked (estimated)

I am more or less still feeling the effects from the gym sessions on both Tuesday and Thursday this week even after consuming a protein shake a day and two on Saturday. Luckily I will be unlikely to hit the gym tomorrow, therefore I hope that I can recover by tomorrow and hit the gym on Tuesday.

Here are some photos in regards to my dad's sort of home theater setup where I watch some of my movies with friends or family:

1. The entire setup with a very old CRT Television, I think it's 32 inch or slightly more than that.

Weekend Light Cardio Session 1/06/2008

I woke up quite early today that is about 9:00 am. I took my oatmeal with muesli and a huge glass of milk tea. Soon after, I walked my dog around the park twice within 25 minutes. I am still having lactic acid and some DOMS from the gym session on Friday.

The stats for the light cardio session are as follows:

25 mins of walking the dog
* Resulted in 1.2 km walked and 140 calories burned (estimate)

In addition, I bought another tub of 5lbs ON Whey Protein Double Chocolate flavour today from the same person who sold me the Lipo6. This would probably last me another 3-4 months which seems reasonable enough.

Late evening today, I walked my dog in the playground. There seems to be a lot on mine in regards to my fitness level, work and friends. My fitness level have been going up and down (the down is really getting to me). My job is getting complicated by the day as I was handling quite a number of clients. A few of my good friends have migrated to Dubai and most likely won't come back to Malaysia for good. I have left the Manulife Fitness First gym and find it difficult to keep in touch with my old gym buddies as well.

I believe I need sometime to clear my mind therefore I am going to walked my dog more often.

Anyway the stats for my light cardiovascular session for the day as follows:

30 mins walking the dog
* Resulted in = ???? calories burned and about 1.3 km walked.

**Please note that tomorrow is Mother's Day, don't forget to wish someone that alright?

I woke up early this morning about 7 am, I slept at 2 am therefore I only had like 5 hours sleep....oh dear. Anyway, I walked my dog at 8:30 am to 9:00 am (usually on Sunday but since my dad was not free enough to walk Little Foot.

* Resulted in 1.3 km walked and calories burned = 80 calories?

I would like to share this photo taken in Jakarta on January 2008. The amount of food was actually for four. I can't wait for my next Jakarta trip on November, however I need to be as lean as possible before then (not to show off but to be able to stuff myself silly without being unable to burn the fat)

It was a bit rainy today, Little Foot (my Dog) gave me the "I wanna go out look". Eventually, after the rain stopped, I took him for a stroll for 30 mins plus. Not too sure how long but it was definitely a 1.3 km walked.

Light Cardio Session at home 23/02/2008

I have an exercise bike at home in light of my cutting phase, I have added some random light cardio session when I am not too tired.

35 minutes on exercise bike @ effort level between 6-9

Here are some of my photos for my pre-supplement body shape (the uncut version):

I understand I still have a lot of body fat to burn. Please bear in mind that I have achieved this size without any supplements. I will purchase some supplements tomorrow. I will take the following supplements:

1. ON whey protein supplement
2. Creatine (if my bonus is more than enough to cover this)
3. Fish oil (two capsules a day)
4. Natural fat burner (3 cups of green tea per day)
5. Any brand Multi-Vitamin
