Public Holiday Non Gym Session 28/11/2011

As I was too lazy to hit today. As such, I decided to get on my bicycle and cycle for the next two hours. The entire ordeal commenced at about 3:00pm and ended about 4:50 pm. Upon returning from this cardiovascular session, I had to assist my dad in cleaning 2 SUVs.

The statistic for this bike ride is as follows:

Monday 28/11/2011, heavy cardio session (Afternoon)
110 mins cycling around the park for about 84 times
* Resulted in 800 calories burned and about 50.10km cycled (estimated)

Although I felt that this was decent workout, I would still prefer lifting weights in the gym coupled with a cardiovascular exercise.

Public Holiday Non Gym Session 1/9/2011

Due to Hari Raya and Malaysia Independence day falling on the same date (ie. 31st August 2011), we were given Thursday off as well. Although I didn't bring Little Foot out for a walk early in the morning, I had to bring him out in the evening as he was again barking non-stop at me.

I brought him to the park about 7:30 pm and got home about 8:30 pm. The total ordeal lasted for an hour.

60 mins walking and jogging with Little Foot around the park for 10 times
* Resulted in 250 calories burned and about 6.0km walked (estimated)

I planned to hit the gym from tomorrow onwards up to Sunday. However, with such weather conditions, I probably will skip going to gym altogether.

Today is the first day of Chinese New Year which is a public holiday for Malaysia. I woke up fairly early today around 8:30 am and decided to bring my dog to the park around 10:00 am prior to heading back to my home town Muar, Johor.

The entire walk took around 50 minutes.

Here are the stats of the said walk:

45 mins walking and jogging with Little Foot around the park for 7 times
* Resulted in 280 calories burned and about 4.2km walked and jogged(estimated)

I will be driving back today, I hope there won't be massive traffic jams. Me and my sister will be heading off to Muar, Johor about 1pm today.

I woke up fairly early around 8:30 am after being disturb by my neighbour. I was still suffering from diarrhea I had on Monday.

I decided to bring him to the park around 6:00 pm and the entire walk took around 50 minutes.

Unfortunately, I was still suffering from my illness and was unable to pull a gym session that day. Nonetheless, I am looking forward to my next gym session.

I woke up fairly early around 6:00 am eventhough it was a public holiday. Since my dad was busy, I decided to give walk with Little Foot.

I brought him to the park around 8:00am and the entire walk took around 25 minutes.

Here are the stats of the said walk:

Wednesday, 17/11/2010, light cardio session (Morning)
25 mins walking and jogging with Little Foot around the park for 6 times
* Resulted in 150 calories burned and about 3.6km walked and jogged(estimated)

Unfortunately, I have yet to recover from my gym session on Monday. As such, I had to skip gym again today. I am looking forward to my next gym session.

I was going to have a long weekend this week (ie. 4 days weekend, thanks to two public holiday on Monday and Tuesday). I walked Little Foot on Monday and Tuesday for a few rounds and did not hit the gym as planned.

Here are the stats for the walks:

Monday, 21/09/2009, Light cardio session
20 mins walking Little Foot around the part for 3 times
* Resulted in 120 calories burned and about 1.8km walked(estimated)

Tuesday, 22/09/2009, Medium cardio session
40 mins walking Little Foot around the part for 7 times
* Resulted in 220 calories burned and about 4.2km walked(estimated)

20 mins on exercise bike @ effort level = 8
* Resulted in 180 calories burned and about 8km cycled(estimated)

I was off the gym for the entire last week and I am looking forward to do some gym sessions this week. Also, I am likely to do some runs instead of weights for the next few sessions to release stress.
